1. Order Confirmation
1.1 Placing an order on our website confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions listed herein.
1.2 We are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please ensure that you review product descriptions, sizes, and other details before placing an order.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Estimated delivery time is 7–15 days from the date of order confirmation.
2.2 Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays in logistics, natural events, or other uncontrollable factors.
3. Returns and Exchanges
3.1 Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases are strictly non-refundable but can be exchanged. Read our Shipping and Exchange policy.
Items purchased during a sale, discount offer, flash sale, with a coupon code, gift voucher, or customized order are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
3.2 Eligible Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
The product has a manufacturing defect.
An incorrect product, size, or color was delivered.
Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email to connect@soulbuttons.com.
Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.
Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size, subject to availability. Switching to a different product is not allowed.
3.3 Non-Eligible Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Customer dislikes the material, color, design, fabric, or texture.
The product matches the description but does not meet personal preference.
The item has been washed, worn, stained, or used.
The purchase was made using a discount code or during a flash sale.
Minor issues such as loose threads, pulled tassels, or small transit damages (like zippers) that are easily repairable.
Color variation of 10–12% due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
4. Reverse Pickup Charges
4.1 If the exchange is due to our error or manufacturing defect, reverse pickup costs will be covered by us.
4.2 In all other cases, the reverse pickup cost will be borne by the customer and communicated during the approval process based on the product’s weight.
5. Exchange Conditions
5.1 Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, stain-free condition, with original packaging intact for exchange approval.
5.2 Any returned item failing to meet these conditions will result in denial of exchange.
6. Pricing and Taxes
6.1 All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties for deliveries within India.
6.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Soul Buttons will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7.2 We are not liable for minor product imperfections that do not impact the usability of the product.
8. Policy Updates
